Since the third quarter of 2008 Imtech has owned the ILS ICT Group, and therefore also TRANSFLOW. Within a few years, the group’s parent company in Gouda has made the leap to become one of the leading ICT vendors in Europe. Initially only active in the Netherlands, since 2006 the company has managed to establish itself successfully in many other countries. Today Imtech ICT is not only present in the Netherlands and Austria, but also has subsidiaries in Germany, Switzerland, the UK, Belgium and several other countries.
