Of our currently more than 70 employees, 30 are involved in the development of our LBASE Software. This and the Professional Services Team together make up 75% of our staff which underlines the clear emphasis we place on our customers’ value creation processes.
24x7 Support for Customers in Europe and North America
Since October 2007 our support has been structured to deliver 24x7 and so is available to our users in Europe and North America around the clock.
Other than for existing projects, the back office and Key Account Management teams are the main contacts for new and existing customers.
Our staff and quality management programme ensures optimum staffing, and implements and monitors internal processes and the rolling out of our standards of “quality” and “commitment”.
The marketing team at TRANSFLOW works in synergy with the central marketing team of the ILS Group.
