The TRANSFLOW Helpdesk looks after customers for all questions and problems relating to LBASE. Our Support Packages guarantee swift and skilled help from our specialists – and therefore a high degree of reliability when using our logistics software.
Guaranteed Response Times
A well-organised system ensures cost-efficient support: if LBASE no longer runs or if the business processes come to a halt, then we start to clear the faults immediately you report them to us. Less serious problems and How-to queries will be resolved within a defined number of working days.
Issues which require amendments to a later release, will be included in the system maintenance plan, and will be scheduled for one of the upcoming releases. To access support, customers use the dedicated Hotline number.
As well as telephone support our customers receive further services which we can supply remotely to their systems. This includes an IT-infrastructure health-check and EDI processing. This means you do not need to have in-house expertise for LBASE maintenance – for smaller, owner-managed logistics service providers this is a significant cost saving.
